In a perfectly smooth milk chocolate base, we swirled in flaky, buttery croissant pieces. It’s just like the ubiquitous French pastry, pain au chocolat, but inside out!
These single-origin beans are from Camino Verde in Ecuador. They have flavour notes of fudge and brown sugar, as well as floral undertones.
Store in a cool, dry place below 20C.
